Enhance and Debug Android Parental Control App

I have started the development of a parental control app and need some assistance in the completion to enable Android Device Ownership and storing the user identity provided by a backend system on the child device. I have established the backend system and the Android parent app that allows a new child, device and token to be added to the backend system. I have some initial code that I believe enables device owner and the identity to be transmitted to the child app. However i am having issues with the child identity data being stored correctly and my code indicates the provisioning has failed. I am looking for someone to assist in the code development with the goal of enrolling the Child app as Android Device Owner via QR code, then parse and securely store the child’s identity credentials on the device, and finally capture a confirmation screenshot on the child device. I want the code to send log data (provisioning data) to the backend (endpoints already setup) and I also want to gracefully deal with provisioning errors with as much detail as possible sent to the remote log file and a high level indication (Success or Failure) shown to the Child app.

I am using AndroidStudio 2024.3.2 Patch 1. I have the Parent and Child APK files and external provisioning url available for further development.
