ML Engineer and Android App Developer Needed

I'm looking for a professional who can undertake tasks in machine learning and Android app development.

Project name: Image Captioning(preferably using Tramsformer encoder decoder and self attention with coco/flickr dataset). A model to caption any image and develop a very simple android app which captures an image and then speaks out the generated captions loud.

- Machine Learning Tasks: The ML engineer will be responsible for data preprocessing, model training, and model evaluation.
- Android App Development: You'll be tasked with creating a simple Android app that can capture images and then use the trained ML model to convert any text in the image to speech.
- Also perform unit testing and relevant metrics like(bleu scores etc)

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in machine learning, particularly in data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Android app development.
- The ability to integrate ML models into mobile applications.
- Good communication skills to understand and deliver on the project requirements.
