Employee Time Tracking App
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a custom application for my small business. This app should allow my employees to clock in and out, and subsequently send this data to a user within the app and/or an email address that I can specify and change whenever I want, multiple people if need be.
When an employee clocks in and out I want the data to be sent where I want but I also want it to include the location of where they were when they clock in and out so that they can't try and lie about their hours.
When an employee clocks in I also want there to be a Take 5 to be the next step so that they HAVE to complete the Take 5 otherwise they don't complete the clock-in procedure.
In case you are unaware a Take 5 is a safety checklist where the individual has to assess any risks that are observed and the steps that they'll take to either eliminate the risk or reduce the consequences from that risk. I will be more than happy to provide the questions needed for the Take 5.
I also need the data from the Take 5 sent to the appropriate people, data should include all the answers submitted by the employee and the amount of time it took for the employee to complete the questions. All questions should also be randomized so that the employee doesn't know the next question, also so that they have to read the questions every time and don't become complacent.
Key Requirements:
- The app needs to be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
- It should cater to three user roles: Admin, Manager, and Employee.
- The clock-in and clock-out data needs to be stored both locally on the device and on a cloud server.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in iOS and Android app development.
- Experience in creating user role-based applications.
- Knowledge in implementing local and cloud storage within apps.
- Prior experience in developing time tracking or employee management apps would be advantageous.
