Employee Punch Tracking App Development

I'm looking for a developer who can create a simple, yet effective, employee punch tracking app for both Android and iOS. This app will validate the unique device ID and current location when an employee punches in.

Key features of the app include:
- User authentication via employee number and password.
- Capturing and recording time and date, device ID, and location coordinates at each punch.

The app will connect to an Oracle cloud database, so experience with Oracle is a plus.
