I'm looking for a skilled and experienced app and website developer, who specialized in iOS & Android application design. The primary purpose of this project is to create a comprehensive platform that will allow the effective handling of employee information and salaries.
Features Needed:
1. Employee Information Database: The app should be able to store and retrieve employee data accurately and efficiently.
2. Salary Management: A feature that allows for the entering, updating, and tracking of employee salaries.
3. Paystubs and Attendance: It should have a secured function for sharing payslips and tracking and displaying monthly attendance records.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in iOS & Android application development
- Knowledge in creating secure, user-friendly apps which handle sensitive data
- Experience in developing applications for Human Resource functions is a big plus.
This project will require a sound understanding of app development for Android & iOS. Familiarity with payroll and HR systems is highly appreciated. The successful freelancer will follow best security practices to protect the sensitive information that the app will manage.
