Eject React Native App & Setup Foreground Service

I need help ejecting my React Native Expo tracking app to set up a native foreground service so it can run in the background without being killed.

Requirements:
- Eject the app from Expo
- Set up a native foreground service
- Configure development environment on my Windows PC

I already have Android Studio installed. I want you to setup native foreground service, fix development environment in my PC.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in React Native and Expo
- Experience with native Android development
- Familiarity with setting up development environments on Windows
