Edits on an Android App and generation and uploading IOS App

We have a clinic app which made in flutter + laravel Our app is already uploaded on google play with some problems which we will need to fix also we need to generate an IOS version and upload it to apple store
We have the source code on our host And we have the admin panel app which manage and link the 2 apps
