Edit existing mobile app and redesign

I am looking for a developer to edit an existing mobile app that have two user logins dashboard (User account & Vendor Account) To sperate it to two apps (user app) & (vendor app) with same screens and functions already exist on current app ,, just separations to two apps (this will apply for android & ios)

2- redesign main screens for it for both the Android and iOS platforms.
