Eclipse plugin

It's about creating a simple Eclipse plugin project.This should be created in Eclipse IDE using Java.The Eclipse plugin should create a sample window view inside the Eclipse IDE. It should be exported as a jar file.The same jar plugin should be able to loaded back to IDE to see the view.This should work with latest Eclipse available.The source including the Eclipse files should be delivered
