Project Description:

I am looking for an experienced Android developer to create an app for managing ground handling procedures of general aviation private aircraft. The app will focus on document management (particularly PDFs) and data security. It must connect to a local Node.js server for transferring PDF files.

Core Requirements:

Development of an Android app using Java or Kotlin

Connection to a local Node.js server for transferring PDF files

Simple and user-friendly UI/UX

Ability to send and receive files over WiFi or LAN

Solid knowledge of WebSockets or REST API for server communication

Clean and well-documented code

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with Express.js on the Node.js server
