ESP32 Cloud-Linked App & Firmware
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have an ESP32 board fitted with a reed sensor and a GSM module. My objective is to move all sensor events securely to the cloud and surface them inside a polished mobile application that runs on both iOS and Android. The app must let a user watch live data, receive instant alerts whenever the reed sensor changes state, and issue simple remote-control commands back to the device.
Here is the flow I have in mind: the ESP32 reads the reed sensor, pushes updates over GSM (or Wi-Fi when available) to a cloud service via MQTT or HTTPS, the cloud stores and forwards those messages, and the mobile app subscribes to that stream, shows status/history, fires push notifications, and allows a command channel for remote control. The primary outcome is the complete firmware–cloud–app pipeline with source code and clear documentation.
Key deliverables
• Robust ESP32 firmware (ESP-IDF or Arduino) handling sensor debouncing, power management, GSM reconnection, and encrypted transport
• Cloud backend (your recommended stack) that ingests data, stores it, triggers notifications, and exposes secure APIs
• Cross-platform mobile app for iOS & Android showing live sensor data, history, push alerts, and basic control buttons
• Build scripts, deployment guide, and concise documentation so I can reproduce everything
Acceptance criteria: edge-to-app latency under two seconds for sensor changes, push notification within three seconds, and clean reconnection after network loss. All code will be delivered in a version-controlled repository.
If this end-to-end scope aligns with your expertise in reed sensors, ESP32, GSM, and mobile/cloud integration, I’m ready to get started right away.
