EMI Locker App Development

I'm looking to develop an EMI Locker type app for both Android and iOS, along with an admin panel. The app should have the following main functionalities:
- Save and manage EMI details
- Send payment reminders
- Track payment history
- Lock Online Offline
- Unlock
- Track Location
- Lock Others Apps (to select)
The ideal freelancer for this project should have prior experience in developing secure, user-friendly mobile applications, preferably with similar functionalities. Knowledge of creating an admin panel is a plus.
The user authentication for the app will be done through phone number and OTP. Therefore, experience with implementing secure and efficient authentication systems is essential.
