We want to develop a system that will be installed on mobile devices and the web via Android and Apple stores.
The system is to translate the below local languages to English and Vice versa. It should be able to read out the text in both English and the selected language.

7. Mandingo
The purpose of this project is to teach local uneducated adults. We will offer micro-module classes to adult learners, which will consist of: short audio lessons on a particular concept, SMS reinforcing the voice lesson and SMS-based interactive “quiz” on the recent lesson.
The system will offer a subscription base plans
