Drinkgame app

I would like to develop an app, like a drinking app. The primary goal is an app that contains a sort of "Big event" kinda game. Like x-factor, the national team in sports, or just some big. And make it like a live drinking game for events, so when something happens as someone gets voted further into x-factor you get a live notification. I will post 1 picture for 1 event that went down in Denmark. In the first picture, it contains a list which says basically: It's the new years eve speech by the queen.
