Downgrade SDK and Build APK

I need to update a GitHub repo to work with SDK 23 (Marshmallow) and build the APK.

Requirements:
- Downgrade the project to be compatible with SDK 23
- Ensure the app functions correctly on the lower SDK
- Build and provide the APK
- Also rename the package as I will instruct you

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Android development and GitHub
- Familiarity with SDK downgrades
- Proficient in building APKs
