Diet android application

I need someone to design for a diet creation application.Its a small and simple app.


1) The application will give as input the patient's data of the person who will use the diet(name,surname,age,weight,height).

2) parameters: example Steven, Gerald, 23, 50, 1.75 ( the result will show he needs weight) you can use any info from internet about how much KG he needs to be for age and height he is.

3) The program will take into account some parameters (patient data, weight reduction / gain / maintenance, food preferences, etc.) which you will need to collect and then be able to issue a complete weekly schedule ( what he will eat , how many meals per day). Simple use internet information about meals. Not something special.

I need screenshots and from app working and a small 30 seconds screen record. I also need the whole files of code.
