Development of photo app

I am looking for a talented software developer to help me design an app for photo processing and sharing - USING THE FEATURES OF AN ALREADY EXISTING APP. I have decided that this app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. It should come with sharing capabilities, particularly to other devices (e.g. desktop pc) which will allow users to upload their photos and share them when/where needed. As for design style, I have chosen a modern aesthetic to keep the interface looking up to date.
