I am looking for a skilled and experienced mobile application programmer to develop a utility mobile application that can run on both IOS and Android using Flutter. I have a specific design aesthetic in mind, but I am open to the developer's creative input. I also have a detailed list of specific functionalities and features for the application that I would like to include.
