Development of educational app on didactic planning with artificial intelligence

We want the development of an APP for Android and iOS cell phones that packages our online course platform that is already working: cife.edu.mx

We want the same platform, but in an app.

VERY IMPORTANT: We want to have full control of the app. We don't want to pay a monthly rent.

We already have the online course platform. We only want them to enter the page through this app, and that they have the additional functions:

STAGE 1:
1 Notifications
2. Chatboot in real time (by Watsapp)
3. Download courses and view courses offline
4. Give different reminders: daily goals, productivity, exam dates, etc.
5. Online community
6. Resources (library with additional documents and videos)

STAGE 2:
Integration or adding an application with AI within the same previous APP to carry out the Syllabus or analytical program of a subject (this should be part of the same application and use personalized artificial intelligence, like those that are already coming out, that everyone can customize chatgtp)

The APP that is developed must be downloadable from an application store.
