Development and design of a social mobile application

We need a great mobile application designer and developer who can build a mobile application with social, analytical and graphical features. The design and performance must be well done as this will be the first version of the application to prove acceptance by users. If we are happy with the service we will engage the person to build upon it further to build the final application too.
