Development of Watch & Earn Rewards App

I am seeking a freelancer or team to build a high-performance, secure, and scalable “Watch & Earn” mobile application for Android and iOS. The app will allow users to earn coins by engaging with various activities such as watching ads, completing captchas, playing mini-games, among others. These coins can be converted into real cash through UPI or bank transfers.
**App Features:**
- **User Journey:** Onboarding through sign-ups (Email/Google/Mobile OTP), home dashboard with sections for ads, games, tasks, leaderboards, and more.
- **Ad Integration:** Implement Rewarded Ads (eCPM ₹30–₹100), Interstitial Ads (between tasks like games), Banner Ads (on all screens), and Native Ads (in feeds).
- **Coin Management:** Logic for coin accumulation from activities and conversion to currency.
- **Withdrawal System:** A seamless UPI withdrawal feature with an admin approval system.
- **Referral System:** Encourage growth by rewarding users for referrals.
- **Security Setup:** Anti-fraud mechanisms including abuse protection logic and automated monitoring tools.

Frontend: Flutter (Dart) – Cross-platform compatibility for Android & iOS
Backend: Node.js or Python via Fast APIs
Database: Firebase Firestore or MongoDB

The ideal candidate should have previous experience developing similar business apps or rewards platforms, exposure to AdMob or equivalent networks for ad integration, and expertise in building secure and scalable mobile apps.
