Development of Verification Management Android App and Web Portal

We are a third-party verification agency seeking efficient solutions for managing our verification processes. Our goal is to develop an Android mobile application for our field agents and an accompanying web portal for our backend team with the following functionalities:
**Android App for Field Agents:**
- Ability to receive client details including addresses, contact information, bank/product details, and type of verification task.
- Interface to log collected information at the location, such as persons met, duration of residence, family details, property ownership info, etc.
- Upload features for ID cards, address proofs, and other documents with an option to capture selfies that record date/time stamps, lat/long coordinates, and location images.
- Facilitate calls to applicants directly through the app when tracing addresses.
- Submission of comprehensive verification reports which include all collected data and media files.
**Web Portal for Backend Team:**
- Data synchronization from bank-provided details to Google Sheets or expand on existing databases.
- Assign tasks to field agents based on location automatically or manually.
- Analyze submitted data from field agents for quality checks through televerification tools.
- Gather additional documents required per verification post-submission and trace back communication through history logs.
- Generate final approval reports in PDF format with options to add annotations/images/details dynamically before delivery back to respective banks.
