I am seeking an experienced developer or team to create a robust standalone software application designed for scalability and integration with industry-standard platforms such as Procore, Xero Accounting, and My Accounting. The software will focus on delivering advanced features tailored to specific workflows while maintaining a privacy-first approach.
Key Features:
- Comprehensive management tools with real-time updates and reporting capabilities.
- Future-ready design for seamless integration with third-party systems.
- Advanced blockchain integration leveraging technologies like Qubic, DNX, or ISO 20022-compliant solutions for speed, scalability, and secure data transfer.
Technical Requirements:
The project will involve implementing a forward-leaning tech stack to ensure scalability, privacy, and real-time functionality. Key components include:
1. Edge & Apps: Mobile apps (Flutter), wearable integrations (watchOS/Wear OS), BLE sensor bridges, and offline-first capabilities.
2. Eventing & Integrations: Kafka/Redpanda for low-latency event streaming, MQTT for IoT ingress, and REST/webhooks for external system integrations.
3. Core Services: Microservices architecture using TypeScript (NestJS) and Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL for OLTP data, TimescaleDB for telemetry, and immudb for tamper-evident audit trails.
4. AI/ML: On-device models (TFLite/ONNX) for risk-state computation, MLflow for model management, and privacy-preserving analytics pipelines.
5. Identity & Privacy: SSO/OIDC with Azure AD/Auth0, fine-grained consent management, PII segmentation with encryption (AWS KMS), and auditable governance UI.
6. Dashboards & UX: Web apps using Next.js (React) with role-based views and operational analytics via Metabase or Superset.
Engagement Terms:
- Milestone payments will be negotiated based on deliverables.
