Developing a small Android application

I want to rebuild this app from scratch. Please install the app and try it. It contains almost all the functionalities I needed. Once you read the text on the home page of the app you will get an idea about the app.
ONLY BID if you think you can do this and INCLUDE THE FINAL PRICE that you will charge and the time to complete.
You'll need to redesign all the images, and icons needed for the app. I'll be open if you suggest me something more useful that can be added as a feature to the app.
I need good UI/UX and efficient code that is implemented well. I'll need the code from you. I'll build the apk and publish it to the play store.
I have shared images of all the pages of the app.
I'll also need someone who can help me with advertising this app after it's published on the play store, If you know it then please bid.
