Developing a game.

Hello. I am very unsetisfied with all existing games today in backgammon in Android and Apple stores, therefore I would love to develop my own game for this. I do not have the education but I have a bugmdget of 1000 Swedish SEK and can of curse make a payment plan with you as I though of selling the game so each month you will receive a payment through this option which will be around 500 swedish SEK cause this is what I can afford even if the app selling goes bad. I will give you all the details about how I want the programing and final game to be like so all you need is to put this in the system and develop the information into a game. I speak Swedish, English and Farsi and pay in Swedish SEK so please do come back to me so I know your thoughts about this.
