Developing frontend of android app using Kotlin

We are looking for an expert frontend developer, to develop for us frontend of our application, but using kotlin / android studio.
The person will work on only frontend, as another engineer will join in to work on the backend. The person should be fluent in english, and quick to understand requirements.
