Developing a Face Camouflage App for UBER DRIVE

I want to create an app specifically for Android phones. The purpose of the app is to present a 3D video of a person's face, and then when I open the camera, it displays the face I have selected. What I find most appealing about the app is that the camera only changes the face I have uploaded in the UBER DRIVE application.
UBER DRIVE is an app designed for food delivery personnel. It has a strict policy requiring a video of the account holder's face before work begins to prevent someone else from using another's account. Therefore, I want to create an app that can falsify faces and camouflage the UBER DRIVE app.
The app specifications are as follows:
The user creates an account in the app, then is charged a monthly fee of 50 euros, which may later be adjusted by the administrator.
Only one face can be added by submitting a 3D video for facial recognition, facilitating the use of deepfake technology in the UBER DRIVE app. If a user wants to change the face, they must remove the first one and then add the second face.
