Developing a Custom App and Web Dashboard for Tuya

We want to use Tuya TRVs to control radiators in a number of office units. Each office unit should be able to control (manual override, scheduling, off) it's own radiators from an app installed on a android tablet fixed on the wall. In addition to this, we would like all the radiators in the building controlled from a web or android based dashboard by the office manager. Each office will have it's own Tuya Hub and TRVs will communicate via the Hub.

We want to keep the cost down, so want to use the public cloud rather than any other Tuya Services. Looking for someone to develop the app and dashboard from freely available Tuya SDK. We can provide the UI/UX design along with the elements/images.
