Developer who can Develop Android native app with its backend too. (Walking step counter app)

I am looking for a developer who can create an Android native app with a backend. The app will be a walking step counter app with the following features:

- Step tracking
- Distance calculation
- Rewarding users
- Multiple ads integration with mediation
- Reminder out side app in mobile home screen like (drinking water, stretching, motivational quotes etc, please note that this is not push notification)
- Referral System
- Instant Shopping within App
- Donation (user can donate or shop from the coins he earned)
- Multiple Push notification
- Single Sign-on with Google
- User profile

For the backend, I would prefer to use Firebase.
For Step Tracking, i need google fit api
Need admin panel features in firebase

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Strong knowledge of Android app development
- Experience with integrating step tracking, distance calculation.
- Familiarity with Firebase backend development
- Ability to create a visually appealing and user-friendly app design
- Working knowledge of using Mediation for ad networks
