Developement of mobile app same like kerla tourism

I am looking to hire a talented freelancer to help me develop a mobile app inspired by the Kerala tourism app. The app should be developed using the Android platform. On top of that, hosting services are necessary, so it is important that the freelancer I work with is able to provide those as well. This is an incredibly exciting project, and I'm sure there will be a great opportunity to work on a project which is of public interest. There is a existing website, all the contents showed in app will come from existing website plus the features which are available on kerla app will be developed on proposed mobile app.
