Develop a very simple app

I am looking for an app developer (no matter the experience) do develop a simple app. The developer will get paid as said and also keep a percentage from the total revenue every month, for a good passive income.

It's basically a rewarding system, where users watch ads and get rewarded with real money. It will need to have:

-sign up or sign in screen.
-main screen with just one button to watch the ad. (If you can also add an offerwall or surveys it would be great)
-shop balance on the main screen.
-monetize the app with admob
-profile page where the user can change his user name, password, bank info etc.
-on the profile page every user will have a table that updates daily, and shows him his daily income
-a leaderboard with the top earning users so far.
-a "contact us" page with our companies contact details.
-a page where the user will redeem his earnings. Basically every time he requests a redeem my company will get notified will proccess the amount request and send the money from the chosen payment method.
