Develop mobile application for social media platform

I already have social media Web platform live and up and running with features very similar to Facebook, need to develop mobile application for this social media platform with the same features for IOS only, later would like to develop Android mobile application also, need cost for both IOS + Android Mobile applications and time required to complete the task.
