Develop a hybrid app which is mobile responsive

Here with the function for the hybrid app:

1) create timeslot with cut-off time to upload bulk delivery order using .csv, .xlsx, and etc.
2) connect to google map for route optimization
3) auto assignment and the route need to follow optimized route.
4) report for order
5) job status
