Develop a counting app using proximity sensor in android

Below are the requirement for initial release -

1. Splash Screen
2. Go Button
3. On pressing Go Button a counter screen will be displayed
3.1. Clicking on the screen will increase the count
3.2 When the user brings the mobile close to the body/hand the counter will increase(we will be using proximity censor for this)
4. Text to Speech - The text count will be converted to speech.
