Develop basic Android app with GPS, HTTP, and UI display

I urgently need an Android app for Android 7.1.1 which makes HTTP GET requests and handles the returned data to provide an output and actions based on numeric thresholds.

- Receive and send Android intents
- Send and receive HTTP(s) GET
- Config file reading, parsing into app settings, deletion of file
- Playing audio based on actions determined by the received data back from the GET request
- Very simple UI displaying text

- NDA might be required
- Scope will be provided on selection of winning freelancer
