Develop Truecaller-Style App for Android & IOS

I'm looking for a skilled app developer to assist in the creation of an app similar to Truecaller for both Android and IOS. The app should be developed using native language and include all the features currently present in Truecaller.

- Design: The UI should be classic in style. It should be easily navigable and user-friendly, bearing in mind the complexity of the features.
- Color Scheme: As I have no specific preference at the moment, I'm open to suggestions based on the developer's professional expertise in what would suit the app best.
- Features: From Truecaller-like contact identification to blocking and call recording features, all should be included.

This project requires a detailed knowledge of native app development in both Android and iOS platforms and an appreciation for classic UI design. Experience in developing similar apps or familiarity with Truecaller's functionality would be advantageous.
