Develop a Passwordless Authentication Mobile App

Develop a mobile application to perform Identity Verification of User on the Mobile device when it receives the authentication push notification Compact Identity , the Converged IAM Solution. The Identity Verification should be done using the native FIDO2 APIs on the mobile device. This flow is referred as Passwordless Authentication process.

This mobile app should support both iOS and Android platforms.

Below are the high-level steps for this flow:
1. The user enters their username on Compact Identity Login page on their Windows/Mac workstation.
2. Compact Identity detects that the user has configured for Passwordless Authentication and starts the passwordless authentication flow.
3. A push notification is sent to the registered mobile app via Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) on iOS devices, or via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) on Android devices (Developer can decide this).
4. The user receives the push notification on the registered mobile device and opens the mobile app.
5. The app calls Compact Identity APIs and receives a proof-of-presence challenge from CI
6. It initiates the Device Authentication using FIDO2 APIs
7. The user completes the challenge by entering their biometric or PIN to unlock private key on the app.
8. The nonce is signed with the private key and sent back to Compact Identity (by invoking the API) by the app.
9. Compact Identity performs public/private key validation and creates the login session for that user on the browser.
