Develop Android Invoicing System

Requirement

1. There will be 2 module,

• Invoicing - to key in information and generate cash invoice
• Data Extraction – to extract all the data of cash invoice in excel format

2. Invoicing Module
• Invoice Date and Time – Autogenerated
• Invoice Number - Autogenerated
• Customer /Consignor Name – either select from dropdown or key in by user
• Consignee Name - either select from dropdown or key in by user
o Consignee Address - either select from dropdown or key in by user
• Item quantity – key in the number by user
• Fee – key in amount by user
• DO No – key in the number/alphabet by user
• After key in all the information, user will click “GENERATE INVOICE”, then invoice with all the above details will be generated, and user able to review it.
• Once invoice is generated, it cant be cancelled.
• User can click “PRINT” to print the invoice.

3. Data Extraction
• To extract the data, user needs to key in password
• User can select the - date of invoice, to extract data in excel format
