Develop Android/IOS app

We´re looking for developer to develop a fitness application for Android/IOS.
I leave in subject an application of example, to which the one I seek, should be equal but preferably better.
I give a lot of importance to animated dolls in 3D, take that into account.
We just really need someone to develop the app together with our team who will work on the site and database.
