Design a tool or app to search Twitter for keywords

Hi I am looking for someone to design an IOS and Android app or a website or a tool that allows me to search several Twitter accounts for keywords and then list the themes that I created for each keyword based on the most searched theme. For example:
1- Theme: Soft drinks
Keywords: Pepsi, Coca Cola, Coala etc.
Results: 100 keywords written
2- Theme: Mcdonalds
Keywords: Food, restaurant, cheese etc.,
Results: 90 keywords written

3- ......
4- .....
Twitter accounts should be hidden and only the admin can see it and I could unlimited accounts.
Twitter accounts can be searched at specific date from example from 2 August to 3 or 4 August
