Design for Android application

Hello,

I need a modern, understandable interface for Android. I want to make a homepage design. If I am satisfied, I want to make 2-3 more pages. I need someone who can design and dump it in android xml if possible. It is not necessary to code with xml, if the design is drawn, this is enough, but if it is coded as xml, I will pay an additional fee for it.
