Design a design screen (front end and backend) for my Digital Engineering Notebook Project. Everything is built. I need only a toolbar which contains colors, tables, shapes, arrows, etc implemented. for references: MS word and ms paint, one note

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a design screen (front end and backend) for my Digital Engineering Notebook Project. The main focus of this project is to implement a toolbar that contains various features such as colors, tables, shapes, arrows, etc. The toolbar should have standard MS Word features and should have a minimalistic aesthetic.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong experience in front end and backend development
- Proficiency in implementing toolbar features similar to MS Word
- Ability to create a minimalistic design that is visually appealing and user-friendly

Please note that the rest of the project is already built, and I only require the implementation of the toolbar. The design should be inspired by references such as MS Word, MS Paint, and OneNote.
