Design Mobile App for Car Parking Startup

We are currently in search of skilled developers or a development team to build a cutting-edge mobile application aimed at helping users locate available vehicle parking spaces within their city. Similar to Airbnb, the platform we want to design assists parking space owners in renting out their spaces and help drivers find available parking spaces.
Individuals as well as companies that have previously built similar car park applications are urged to contact us and promote their previous work. Please note, it is critical that any proposals are within our budget guidelines.
The application designed using Native or React Native depending on cost, should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms and should meet the submission requirements of app stores to enable users to download and utilize it.
It is crucial to create the application with a contemporary UI/UX design, adhering to current industry standards. The application architecture should be designed with an emphasis on intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
To ensure the required functionality, the application should establish a connection with the AWS Cloud Server utilizing AWS services. Furthermore, the application requires the integration of four vital APIs: point-to-point navigation, payment gateway, identity access management (IAM) and user notification API's.
