On-Demand Dog Walking App. For SoBe Pooch!

I am looking for a talented developer to help build an on-demand dog walking app for SoBe Pooch. The app's primary function is to schedule and pay for walks, and it will be connected to GPS tracking. It will also support credit or debit card payments. Our goal is to develop an easy-to-use and reliable platform that will make life easier for both dog walkers and pet owners. The design and development of this app must be carefully planned to ensure that all users can benefit from its features. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who has experience creating similar projects, as well as a passion for working with animals.
1. Client can log in to the app and request a pet service for dog walking, pet boarding, pet sitting, or drop-in visits.
each service will have a different price depending on the length of the service which is usually 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. If the pet service is accepted the client should be able to track the dog walker during the walk via GPS using Google Maps (just like Uber) they should also be able to see pictures and videos submitted by the walker during the appointment and should be able to pay for their invoice and tip if they wish. The client should be able to communicate with the walker via an integrated chat during the appointment.
2. The Dog Walker (Pet Service Provider) can also login to the app but will be able to manage their bookings, they can either accept or decline (just like in Uber) when the request comes in it will show the type of service requested, client's location, compensation the walker will earn, and length of service (20, 30, or 60 min) if the Pet Service Provider accepts the walk, the app will then show more details like access instructions to the client's home or apartment, feeding instructions for the pet, etc., etc. the walker should be able to start the appointment on their app, the app will then start a timer with a countdown of the remaining time, the walker should be able to upload pictures and 10 second-long videos to the booking during the walk/pet service. The walker should be able to reach the client via an integrated chat during the appointment. etc etc.
3. Admin also can log in to the app but has admin control options, for example, the admin can manually book an appointment for a client, they can accept or decline a booking (if the admin declines a booking the Pet Service Providers will not receive a booking request pop up on their phone. Admin can generate an invoice for the client and charge the client's card on file. Admin should be able to chat with both clients and dog walkers via an integrated chat in the app.
*The screenshots posted are of a previous developer on Fiverr but they had a family problem and sadly could not complete the app. I'm looking for something similar to those designs.
