Delivery app for 100usd

The App is a mixture of OLX, Uber, and Food Market app
I accept ready open source app projeccts that only require few modifications
I want few changes if needed later, and 3 month support in case I need help

Structure:
Flutter, Native, Bubble + Firebase + Brazillian Payment gateway called Gerencianet

Requirements:
- I must have a brazillian payment gateway called "Gerencianet" and all it's payment options, it must also have client's balance serving as a wallet app
- Delivery person must receive a vibrating notification when someone asks for delivery or buy a product with joint delivery, just like Uber Eats
- The products in store must have fee, total balance also monthly fee
- I must be able to edit the store categories and the app fees, no problem if I need to do it directly in firebase, but I need to do that if needed
- I can make a cart of itens
- I can ask for an item NOW (it asks delivery persons) or I can schedule it (and also put it to repeat schedule)
- Home page: recent requests, requests by time (like I requested 12AM, if it's 12AM it will suggest it again), popular requests
- Profile page/multiple accounts: My account, my pharmacy store account, my restaurant account... and so on.
- Add credit card, edit and remove credit card.

Developer must give all orientations to me as I'm a beginner developer also.

Because it's an app for communities, it must have my community's page. With info about it, maps, useful phone numbers

Brazillian developers might have more facility doing it, because of payment gateway's portuguese documentation, but I can help translating that.
