Define DeepLinks for iOS/Android

I have a Progressive Web App. I will embed the PWA in a WebView App and publish it to PlayStore and AppStore.
I need help to implement DeepLinking that can accomplish the following:
- if the user doesn't have the app installed then prompt to install it then transfer the parameter to access the specific content.
- if the user already has the app installed then transfer the parameter to access the desired content.
- if the user doesn't want to install the WebView app then the parameter will be used to access the desired content using the Progressive Web App.
