Deeplinks in React.js - Cordova application for Android and iOS

I have a React JS application that is embedded into a Cordova application, deployed onto Android and iOS devices.
What I need is to have a DeepLinks logic in my app (for both OS), so that eventually a user scans a QR code (generated by my server-side code) and gets redirected to the app with some parameters contained in the QR code if the app is downloaded - otherwise they get redirected to App Store/PlayStore with the parameters and after downloading the app the parameters can be sent to the app, so that they get redirected to the relevant page within the app.
