Decision maker

I am in need of a developer to create a decision-making mobile app that will be user-friendly and have a smooth UI/UX interface (specific requirements will be provided). This app will have a purpose of educating its users, and it should be available on both iOS and Android platforms. Also includes cloud database, CMS, several menu options to post questions on a forum within the app. Total about 30 to 40 screens.

Users select from predetermined decision categories, enter the decision options, rate each option, a pie chart graph displays the ranking of each option. Users can then forward decisions to public users within app. Note that the algorithm to calculate each decision is variable (not static) for each category, this will be entered by the admin via the CMS.

Please only take up this project after you are clear on all the requirements and timelines (collaboratively determined by you and I). I'm flexible with developing this on the android platform, then iOS. Based on past experience, this app can be developed within 10 to 12 weeks, including all testing after going live.
