Dating app for iOS, Android using PHP/Mysql webapp code

We are building a dating app from scratch using PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. The UI/UX is designed to feel similar to native Android and iPhone apps, and the app will be distributed as a WebView-based mobile app.

The core features already implemented includes Tinder-like functionality (profiles, swipe, likes, inbox), We use WebSocket for real-time interactions.

Very basic/simple PHP mvc framework is used, we don't want to include other frameworks except jQuery for js because we want to keep everything simple and easy to adjust.

I am looking for an experienced team with proven expertise in dating app development to:

-Review and improve existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
-Add new features and enhancements (with flexibility to help refine business logic when requirements are not fully defined)
-Implement user verification system
-Develop an invitation and reward/referral system
-Build Android and iOS apps by wrapping the web app in WebView, including Push notifications. Location detection, SMS verification (auto-read when possible)
-Ensuring approval and compliance with both Google Play and App Store review processes (despite being WebView-based)

Requirements:

-Previous experience building dating apps (please share examples).
-PHP/js/css
-Ability to deliver high-quality mobile apps (WebView but app-store ready).
-Experience with scalable architecture
-A proactive team that can also assist in shaping business logic where needed

Engagement:

This is long-term collaboration. Starting on an hourly basis (trial phase first), then scaling up as we move forward. Later we will move to Android/iPhone native app.
