Dating Mobile Application using Flutter

I am a looking for a freelancer to develop a dating mobile application using flutter. An available free open source repository will be used to start with and we need to customize that repository as per our requirements. That means no need to develop from scratch. We have to add some new elements like login alternatives, payment gateway and few additional features.
You should be familiar with Android Studio, Flutter, DART, & firebase
Should be able to complete project on time in a short duration and should be available for future developments if needed.
